[*]Taijutsu: Moe is mostly self-taught in hand to hand combat. Using what she learned in the academy, she combined it with her liquid-form's malleable body to create an unconventional fighting style that focuses more on twisting around attacks and create openings she can capitalize on. While lacking physical prowess, she is still regarded as a highly dangerous melee combatant.

[*]Ninjutsu: Moe's Ninjutsu is almost as dangerous as her unconventional fighting style. Once again, she utilizes her liquid form to perform various Water Release techniques such as the "water gun" Ninjutsu. She is capable of causing a good deal of damage using her Ninjutsu which makes up for her lack of physical power, rounding her out as a formidable opponent at range.

[*]Genjutsu: Ninjas from Amegakure typically churn out ninjas that are adept at Genjutsu. Mo is one of the few exceptions. She can still deflect Genjutsu if she sees it coming like anyone else, but she has spent little time practicing Genjutsu techniques. Her techniques (if any) can trip you up for a moment if you're not careful, but they're nothing to boast about though.

[*]Chakra: Mo has spent a long time learning to control her chakra efficiently. This has in turn endowed her with a deeper then normal pool of chakra to draw from during combat. This is a fact she has no problem exploiting when a battle of attrition is required. She will on average outlast most people.

Weaknesses:

[*]Freezing: Mo hates the cold, and for good reason. Because of her liquid-like form, jutsu which cause freezing in some manner are twice as effective against her. Simply hurling icicles at her will also hurt alittle more then usual, but not enough to be a viable means of attack.

[*]Dehydration: She requires constant hydration, due to her kekkei genkai. Her true form represents her body fully hydrated (and then some) whereas her child form represents her body at it's lowest point of hydration. Any lower then that and she sort of just becomes a green... glob thing.

[*]Electricity: Water conducts electricity, this is a fact- a painful one at that.

[*]Vibrations: Strong enough vibrations going through Mo's body causes her to lose control of it, causing it to spasm and writhe about uncontrollably. Sound is the most common means to do this.

Equipment: None. It's hard to carry anything when you're liquid.




Personality: Mo is a passionate, and kindhearted soul who is looking out for the well being of her village. She's friendly, laid back, and kindhearted to new people she meets. She enjoys making new friends and helping those in need.
