Greetings,

And welcome to Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles. As you can see up at the top, this is a Naruto stat-based roleplaying game. There are a few rules we need you to read before we get started. We don't ask for much, so please take your time.

General Rules

1) You need to recognize that we are the administration team. This means we control the game. If you think we have malicious intentions, we don't. Our goal is to make your roleplaying experience interesting and satisfying. And you need to respect that. If we mess something up, feel free to tell us. But if you're just in a bad mood because something happened to your character, it's really not going to help either of us make any headway.

2) That brings me to two. Respect us and we'll respect you. Don't make an issue just because something happens to your character- if something ever does. We're making the roleplaying experience fair and balanced for everybody; we're not catering to you. As my friend says, "You are not a special snowflake."

3) No controlling other people's characters.

4) No sexual content in your posts. Flirting's fine. Even dating, I suppose. But no sex; not on the forums. Or the chatbox, you sneaks.

5) You are not allowed to skip another person in a thread.You must wait three days before asking permission to skip, and on the fourth day you will no longer need permission to continue.

6) No killing another character. You cannot kill them unless they give you permission. But do not abuse this.

7) The forum is as of yet liquid time. You may roleplay in multiple locations on the forum. But you can't use information from one thread while simultaneously in another. For example, Bob can't be in a thread where he finds out Sue is cheating on him with Mark, and in another thread attack Mark for screwing his girlfriend at the same time.

8) No ninjadodging, no rhinoskinning, no slothemoting, no powerplaying, NO GODMODDING.

Ninjadodging is dodging every attack that's thrown at you as if it's nothing. Even though this is a Naruto site, that doesn't give you excuse to ninjadodge.

Rhinoskinning is taking every attack like you're some unmovable mountain, and tanking through them without any effort.

Slothemoting is not reacting to anything you should feasibly react to. Unless you're emotionless or a robot (Don't count on the latter), you should have a reaction to lots of things.

Powerplaying is acting like you're more powerful than your opponent, and saying that they cower before you in fear of your prowess, which is also a violation of Rule 3.

Godmodding doesn't make it fun for ANYONE. Play it fair.

Follow these rules and we'll all get along just fine!

One more rule. Respect the ranks.

Is it possible for a genin to take down a jonin? Definitely. But don't act like it's going to happen for you every time. I certainly better not see anyone trying to gank a Kage like they have a chance, either.

Here's another rule, since it's been asked about and I feel like it should be clarified here.

Multiple characters are a thing. You don't even need to follow a limit. You could have five for all I care. But at the same time I don't want anybody abusing this. Making a character just so they can help your character in fights like every time or even making your own organization out of characters is definitely breaking this rule.

Also there is a bit of a...waiting period. I won't approve another character if you haven't even been playing the previous one that much.

Think about the characters you want to play. Every one of us gets a muse, but most of our muses are short-lived at best. They don't last long. Please don't make a character to post with five times and then just drop them.
